My name is Ed, and I play the piano for all of the concerts, and arrange the programming and the performers. I founded Pipit because I want to bring live music back into people’s homes. You can’t hang the Mona Lisa in your kitchen, but you can have the Goldbergs performed in your sitting room.
I was educated at Eton, Cambridge, Heidelberg and the Guildhall. I have performed in concert halls around the world, featured on numerous recordings, and broadcast often on the BBC. I now work primarily with singers as an accompanist, and my love of poetry finds expression through composing and performing songs. You can find more of my work on my personal website:
